Can I get a sample of the product to try on my patients?
Yes. We would be happy to send you samples of the Sombra professional products along with product information. Shipping is $7.  Either call us direct at 800-225-3963, or simply register on our website. All information is kept confidential.

Can I get samples for an event I am attending or hosting?
Yes. Simply call us at 800-225-3963, and we will send you a sample request form.

Can our school get a sample kit of your product for our students to try?
Yes.  We are happy to send your school samples of the Sombra professional products.  Here is a request form that you can download and submit via email, fax or mail.  Please be sure to fill out the form in full and submit 4 weeks prior to the date you need the samples.

Usage
Both the 'Warm Therapy' and 'Cool Therapy' natural pain relieving gels are best used for point therapy or post massage. They both have workability as they provide some glide and grip. The original 'Warm Therapy' is used for chronic conditions or basic aches and pains and the 'Cool Therapy' is used more for acute conditions or injuries that have just occurred.

What sizes are available?
Both the original warm therapy gel and the cool therapy gel are available in: 5 gram packets; gravity dispenser that comes with 100 sample packets; ½ oz. jar, 2 oz. jar, 4 oz. jar, 8 oz. jar, 3 oz. roll-on; 32 oz. pump dispenser and a gallon with pump dispenser.

The massage line comes in 8 oz. pumps and gallons for the gel/oil and therapeutic lotion.

The multi-purpose massage crème comes in a 8 oz. tube and a wide-mouth gallon.
The Ultrasound Gel and Lotion comes in 8 oz. bottles and gallons.

If a patient is pregnant or nursing can they use Sombra?
Because the gel does not enter the blood stream, it is safe to use during pregnancy. We still recommend you contact your physician first.

Is Sombra sold in pharmacies or retail stores?
No. Sombra is only available through certified health care professionals and is not sold through retail stores.

Can Sombra be used with ice, heating pads, tape or wraps?
Sombra should not be used with external heating pads as it may cause blistering. You can use the Sombra Cool Therapy gel with ice to extend the benefits of the cooling effect. Only breathable wraps are recommended for using with Sombra.
